Artist Studio
We have qualified skilled artists to make paper patterns and are well trained to adjust the graphics according to the sizes, and to adjust the sizes for shrinkages according to the fabric being used.
Quality Control
Our Quality Control team works tirelessly to ensure that every piece of hand-embroidery is impeccable by meticulously checking for repairs of fallen beads, shrinkage, size and ensuring that the embroidery is as per the approved sample. Every effort is made to achieve zero defect supplies. Our packing and shipping team ensures the perfect packaging for safe delivery to you.
Client Servicing
Our hardworking and dedicated team of Merchandisers liase directly with our clients. They are meticulous, understand commitments to time deadlines and price targets that need to be achieved with changes in embroidery material and/or technique. Our talented team of artists and embroiderers work under the keen eyes of our Merchandisers and Designers.
